Another good thing about this is I have made LIVE trading shows on You Tube memorializing all these historic movers.
Here are a few examples of past recent winners that I picked for traders in Mojo chat room that showed 3 basic characteristics right before they made big moves.
The stocks are moving big because of 3 factors:
1. Big volume trading 1 million shares before the opening bell at 9:30 am
2. Low float stocks under 5 million shares
3. News catalyst
You can see this pattern is very powerful and profitable.
Here is a look at what the floats look like on these stocks...
What is the FLOAT of a stock?
The float of a stock is the number of shares available for trading of a particular stock.
Low float stocks are those with a low number of shares.
Floating stock is calculated by subtracting closely-held shares and restricted stock from a firm’s total outstanding shares.
Closely-held shares are those owned by insiders, major shareholders, and employees.
Restricted stock refers to insider shares that cannot be traded because of a temporary restriction such as the lock-up period after an initial public offering.
A stock with a small float will generally be more volatile than a stock with a large float. This is because, with fewer shares available, it may be harder to find a buyer or seller. This results in larger spreads and often bigger moves when volume goes into the stock.
All the stocks that have made over 100% intra day moves all had low floats. Tale a look here...
Traders there is nothing better than buying one of these low float winners in the morning and selling it for a 100% win!! Doubling your money in one day is insane!!
Keep it profitable and I'll see you in the chat room.
